Torquay 5 Week Challenge
If you love a challenge and want to feel fit and healthy as we head into winter, we have the challenge for you. Join the Torquay challenge, practice 5 classes a week for 5 weeks at the Torquay studio. Challenges are the perfect way to motivate yourself to get to class and achieve results.
The Torquay challenge is all about consistency practice 5 classes a week for 5 weeks! You can choose any combination of classes, if your looking to loose weight and build strength we recommend Core+ Hot Pilates, Power Pilates and Bikram Yoga. If your goal is to detox, destress and increase flexibility you can’t go past Yin, Bikram and Power Flow. Or take a combination of classes to create balance in your body and mind.
Challenge starts Monday 30th April and ends Sunday 3rd June.
