We are very excited to announce the launch of Prenatal Reformer Pilates. Commencing Saturday February 10th we will be running an 7 Week Prenatal Reformer Pilates Program for all our pregnant mum’s who would like to maintain their fitness during their pregnancy.
The program will include 7 x 45 minute classes designed to sculpt your muscles, improve your posture and keep you feeling strong and healthy. This group class is open to all fitness levels and is best suited to those without injuries.
